New Titles for June 2010

London 2010 Color and Black and White Illustrations 80 pp. 8.5 x 12 Paperback in Very Good condition Spring 2010 issue of the lavish Hali offprint featuring modern art and design carpets and textiles. In this issue's interview with James Tufenkian he says, "Customers who care about the provenance of a rug, and the history behind the weavings and designs are almost invisible to us." In contrast, these customers are the most visible and valuable to us over at RugBooks! $10.

Wow... James Tufenkian's remark really is a sad commentary on the state of things (although my own experience confirms it.)

You deserve kudos for providing the means to educate people about the history, cultures, and people behind this timeless art form.
